After seeing Gordon Ramsay make scrambled eggs, I tried his method, myself.
I did the mushrooms, the tomato, and the eggs with butter. I left out the crème fraiche (sp?). I served it over toast, with chives just like Gordon.
It was delicious. I have a new way now of making scrambled eggs.

Mom—I think you missed the whole point.
He says quite clearly in the video DO NOT USE MILK. That could explain why all your eggs stuck in the pan! You needed the butter not only for flavor, but also for lubrication.
It is usually a good idea not to change recipes until you try the original.
WOW! Scrambled eggs have always been a bloody (english accent) mytery to me. I will be trying this soon. I’ve been doing it all wrong!

I tried these eggs and they were delicious. Had to use milk instead of cream. However, I was three days in trying to get my good pot cleaned. Finally had to soak in hot vinegar.
