I rarely order bento boxes but they did not have much variety at lunch time. I loved my meal. The miso soup tasted perfect - a rarity in most Japanese restaurants. The tempura was lightly breaded and not greasy. The only sushi I ordered was unagi and it was the best I have tasted. The service was pretty good when I was there but I agree there is a bit of awkwardness in the flow. I'm looking forward to going back - maybe for dinner.
