My wife and I ate here in August and I can say we had a markedly different experience. I found the execution to be impeccable. The service was above average (by Parisian standards), although we arrived around 9PM, much later than the once a night 6:30 seating. Also, it was August so Paris was far from bustling. The oeuf was one of my favorite dishes. The morels were perfectly infused. The decor and concept is much more modern than most Paris restaurants, which I found refreshing after a week of doing nothing but Parisian. Great show and great food.

Very interesting review on this restaurant. How far in advance did you have to make reservations?
